Alpha Kings Construction LLC highly recommends cleaning your home’s gutters twice a year, in Spring and Fall. Along with this, we also provide two roof inspections per year, coinciding with the gutter cleanings. This ensures that your gutters are fully functional and protect your home against any water leaks due to build-up, which can cause them to not perform properly. Alpha Kings Construction LLC is not responsible for fixing any major damage to your gutters. If we encounter any major problems with your gutter system, we will take pictures to show you what we found and write up an estimate to get them fixed. Alpha Kings Construction LLC also installs gutter guards on new and preexisting gutter systems.
Process
- Set Up Ladders and Clean Out Gutters & Downspouts by Hand: All debris will be placed in a bucket and hauled off by Alpha Kings Construction LLC. If we see sticks or other debris on the roof, we will clean them off at this time and properly inspect your roof for damages.
- Flush Your Gutters: This ensures they are working properly and have no leaks. If minor leaks are found, we will fix them with a gutter system patching kit. If the damage is too big to fix, a member of the sales team will prepare an estimate to repair your gutter system.
- Clean Up and Customer Notification: We will let our customers know the work has been completed and what we encountered during the cleaning of the gutter system. We will have a sign-off that the work has been completed and that you are satisfied.
Cost Of Service
- This is a one-time payment of $500.00 and includes two cleanings and roof inspections per year. Payment will be collected at the time the contract is signed.
- Customers will be responsible for calling in to set up the date of service that best fits their schedule.
